Add calendar permissions to view everyone's calendars for one user in a domain

Hi, I  need to add viewing permissions to everyone's calendar in our domain for a particular user.

I would like to use EMC, first I would like to use his username to view the existing permissions and then add permissions to everyone calendar.

All calendars have been set to "Review" using EMC but for some reason all this user see's is "Busy" where others get to view meeting etc.

Thanks

I have only one user that is unable to view calendars in the domain, unfortunately he is a director!

Everyone's calendar has been set to "REVIEW", as explained I need to check using the EMC why his permissions have an issue.

Even if I grant access from someone else's calendar he still on gets to see "BUSY" in the scheduling.

Thanks

Did you try to run Cleanfreebusy with his Outlook or try with a new Outlook profile ?

What is the size of OSt and does thing look better with OWA\Webmail ?

Hi, sorry for the delay the user was out of the office.

Webmail worked fine with the user, so the problem was with the profile.
I created a new profile, let it build a .ost and it all tested OK.

Many thanks.
