I am using SugarCRM Community edition on Internal VM. SugarCRM has IMAP &amp;&nbsp;POP3 module to receive email. Our organization doesn't support IMAP &amp;&nbsp;POP3. <br />

Exchange team asked me to build the code to receive emails via MAPI/SMTP. <br />
<br />
I am worried this would lead to lot of custom coding.. slowing down updates or even make application unstable.<br />

What is the best way to handle this situation? Is there any easy workaround?
