Cache details dont show

For some users in our environment Outlook Autocomplete isnt working

have tried new Outlook profile
Webmail works fine
Outlook updated with all new updates

Are the users in Outlook Online-Cache ?

Is some specific Outlook version affected or all users ?
What is the version of Outlook and Exchange ?

Doesnt matters if Online or cache

I assume all users have Outlook 2010 but will have to confirm as out of 180 users only 20+ have reported this issue till now

I would suggest to try and create a new Outlook profile and check ..

If you have multiple outlook versions better to check if its a version or normal issue

Not sure but all these had Outlook 2007 whereas they should all have 2010, so now upgrade is planned as we already have Licences and not sure why the Local IT team for that site didnt do when they were told
