Application Domains Inclusions

Does every application have its own application domain by default?  And second question, when for example an Assembly.exe gets placed in its application domain, does its references (dlls) get loaded into the same application domain?

yes every application is having it's own AppDomain and yes, it's all referenced dlls get loaded in same application domain on which application is running.
