Nop commerce installation email problem with relay

I have a problem with a nopcommerce 2.5 installation. the problem is with the nopcommerce sending emails it throws an
Mailbox name not allowed. The server response was: sorry, that domain isn't allowed to be relayed thru this MTA (#5.7.1)

Mail settings are correct and i am not  using an outside of the domain email. Does Anyone knows whats Happening

Check with the mail server team. They would have restricted email sending to only a particular set of servers.

You need to configure your mail server to allow the nopcommerce server to relay.

I am guessing from the tags that you are running Exchange, what version is it ? 2003, 2007, 2010 ?
