task shaduler dont run

i have task shaduler on server 2008 and i see that he dont run ,but if i click on it manualy he run what can be the problem?

There could be many reasons why it would not run.

- There could be a permission problem with the account entered to run the task.
- There could be a setting problem. For example the job is set to only run when somebody is logged on. Check all your settings and make sure they are correct.
- If in your task, a mapped network drive is used. The mapped drive might not be available in the session of the user under which the task runs. In this case use UNC Paths instead of the mapped drive.

Post the error code that is displayed in Task scheduler (e.g. 0x2) You should see it next to the task once it unsuccessfully ran.
This might give us a pointer to the issue.
