crosstab query

guys, how come my cross tab query cannot work below? i've got a value, row and column field.

You can have many Row Headings, but you had to have one (only one) Column Heading and one (only one) Value

I see als315. Then the better option is to export to excel then pivot cause it's more robust. Thanks!!
