VB.net DataGridView horizontal scroll bar at top

Hi

I have a DataGridView that is on a TaskPane that is overlapped by another TaskPane.
I need the user to scroll horizontally by using a scroll bar on the top of the DataGridView
At the moment, the scrollbar appears at the bottom of the DataGridView, which is hidden by the other TaskPane

Does the

DataGridView.HorizontalScrollbar.Dock = DockStyle.Top

work?
