Your IMAP Server wants to alert you to the following:2341 that mail is not currently available
My client has her aol account in OUTLOOK 2010 with exchange account. She gets popups like "Your IMAP Server wants to alert you to the following:2341 that mail is not currently available". She can send/Receive emails but the popup is annoying.
And here is the error message.
"Synchronizing subscribed folders for xxx@aol.com. reported error(0x800CCCD2): 'Outlook cannot synchronize subscribed folders for xxx@aol.com. Error: An IMAP command failed. If you continune to receive this message, contact your server administrator or ISP."
Please help me to figure out this one.
Thanks,

AOL may be performing maintenance on that mail server. If it just started, i'd wait a few hours to see if it stops.
