Senario:

* Cannot sign in to Google Drive using the App on one computer.
* It worked until recently.
* I can log into Google Drive using Browsers.
* When I try to log in using the Google Drive App, I get this error message; though cookies are enabled:

Your browser's cookie functionality is turned off. Please turn it on. [?]

* The Google Drive App works fine on other computers.

Thoughts experts?  Thanks in advance.

I ended up signing up for the $100 DropBox plan as Google Drive became more and more unreliable and unpredictable when syncing across multiple devices. I've had no problems with DropBox; I hope your comments help other users of Google Drive.
