C# - VS2010 Ultimate - Runs app in W7, Vista and XP.

Hello,
How to solve this error?

My app is created in PC i7, W7 Ultimate, VS2010Ultimate; I use Zedgraph to display graphics within the app and Excel to display the data to users.

Compile or Publish and runs normally the app in the PC where it is Generated and Published.
I try to install on PC Celeron, Windows XP.
I get the error message:

Searching on Activation failed due to a Windows Side-by-Side turned up this hit with a possible fix.

Check your event viewer to see if the details of the error are similar.
