unable to set jPanel border property in Eclipse

I am using Eclipse with WindowBuilder in Mac OSX 10.5.7

When I try to change the border property of a jPanel with the designer, I get the following error.

Errar message which pops up

Any ideas?

Thanks, there seems to be no solution to the problem.  I can code the jPanel border manually in Eclipse but that is not I want to do. I finally switched over to Netbeans as I can set the border properties in the designer.

Netbeans works as expected vs Eclipse + WindowBuilder in this regard.
