flow control when enabled listens for and sends pause frames to slow down traffic

Lacp is link aggregation to connect more than one wire to another switch (or a server). This will not increase the speed of one connection but it will give you more overall speed if the computer has multiple connections.
Flow control is used when you have megabit stuff on a gigabit network, the switch can pause frames so as not to go too fast. If turning this off doesn't cause problems, I usually leave it off. It can cause problems when on sometimes. But in your environment you may need it on, there is no rule here.

Very Much clear about LACP but still i am confused with flow control.

Would you mind explain this stuff bit more if possible with examples...
It can cause problems when on sometimes?   I didn't get this part as well..what kind of issue it will cause?

Thanks in advance
