Lacp is link aggregation to connect more than one wire to another switch (or a server). This will not increase the speed of one connection but it will give you more overall speed if the computer has multiple connections. <br />
Flow control is used when you have megabit stuff on a gigabit network, the switch can pause frames so as not to go too fast. If turning this off doesn't cause problems, I usually leave it off. It can cause problems when on sometimes. But in your environment you may need it on, there is no rule here.

Flow control and Lacp status
