Hi, we have a problem between our BB corporativesand MSN Messenger. I can receive any conversation to my mobile, but when I answer any of them, they don't receive it.

It is a BB corporative, is possible that the BES Server (version 5.0.1.4) could be the problem?

The rest of the applicacion BBM, Mail, etc are working fine.

Please let me know if you need more information.

Thank you.

Yes, just with BB's models with OS version 7.

try to deactivate and reactivate one device using wireless/wired from the BES SERVER, see if this helps.
