I have 2 outlook profiles each with different email accounts.

Is it possible to move or copy the folders and emails from one to the other?

Hi jblanc03,
If you have set them up as PSTs, you should be able to open both data files in Outlook and copy or right mouse drag from one to the other...folders and individual emails or Outlook items

Sure is

You can Create a New Outlook Data Folder

Name it and save it locally

Profile1.pst

Now copy all the emails from your mailbox into it.

Close outlook

OPen outlook, with 2nd profile
GO to File>Open>Outlook data folder

Now navigate to the saved location of your Profile1.pst and open it

You will now have a Personal Folder attached to your 2nd outlook profile with the mail from the first

You can leave it like this
Or you can move the mail into your mailbox and remove the pst

Absolutly, you can have as many PST files in Outlook as you like. I have six from different accounts and they allwork perfectly.
