There should be errors listed in the windows logs under system or applications (type eventvwr.msc<enter>) and you can generate them by trying to start the Print Spooler service.  What events and/or errors do you get?

Hits on ZSRi.dll (your failing module) point to garbage in the spool folder.  I found other ways; but, this is the easiest: http://cksolutions.ie/fix-hp-laserjet-print-zsr-dll/
