Lync 2010 Groups and Presence

Is it possible to create IM groups within Lync that all users can see so that only the group name would show instead of showing all the members of the groups?  I found info for group chat rooms with Lync server but don’t think that the chat rooms are quite what I am looking for since I wouldn’t want people to other people’s chats.

It would be nice if we could set up a sort of queue for a group so that just the group name would be shown and maybe even only IM one group member that is online instead of IM’ing every member of the group.  Is that possible?  Or how would you recommend handling this?

Thanks,

Tim
