How to use LOAD DATA INFILE for Store Procedure Via VB.net

HI All,
Im trying to use

LOAD DATA INFILE 'FileName'
IGNORE INTO TABLE TableName
FIELDS TERMINATED BY '","'
LINES TERMINATED BY '\r\n' ;

But it show Load Data Infile not able to use in Store Procedure. Is there any others solution able to let me pump my huge(data size around 2gb) into my MYSQL db?
