The necessary MySQL monitoring parameter

what should be the parameter we should monitors for MySQL ? I want to monitor the most important MySQL parameter and then do something for it.

Please also explain what is that mean and what if the value is too large, what will happen and the threhold of it.

you all can simple show the currently running value of your case.

can webyog monitor MSSQL also ? I just can't see it at all !
