How to disable Control Panel for RDP users only
Hi,
I'm trying to disable the control panel for a Remote Desktop User group on a Windows Server 2008 machine.
In gpedit I have found: User Configuration - Administrative Templates - Control Panel - “Prohibit access to the Control Panel” but this prohibits access to all users.
Is there some way to apply this option only to a specific user group?

Make a new group policy of just above settings and then apply that group policy to the specific users. ie enter the users in that group.
