How to set up unauthenticated email account for internal use Exchange 2010

My client has a 10 user network running off a single 2011SBS server running Exchange 2010.
They have a Mitel phone system on the network which has the ability to send voicemails to email addresses but we can't get that feature working. I've spokent to Mitel and they said that the email address that the mitel sends from (let's call it email@example.com) needs to be unauthenticated as there isn't an option in the phone software to add a username and password to the email account.
These emails will only ever be sent and received internally.
Can someone please talk me through what steps I need to take so that the Mitel system (which is on ip 192.168.100.26) is allowed to send emails to and from @clientsdomain.co.uk without authentication?
