I can't use Dropbox from this account.  Presumably this is from a Blizzard game - which one?
If it's WoW then this is just a disguised DivX .avi video.  otherwise it's a compressed file and we just need to know the source to know how to unpack it.

Netscaler Common Configuration How To guides

If you use NetScaler you will want to see these guides. The NetScaler How To Guides show administrators how to get NetScaler up and configured by providing instructions for common scenarios and some not so common ones.

OK, looks like it's code for a ?mobile RPG game but it's not complete - you're missing a load of .png image files.  Do you know what the platform is? Do you read Chinese?  Although the programming is in English it uses Chinese terms and the webpage you downloaded this from may have more detail

It's not an MPQ archive.

Oh and BTW are you also "thanhnva" on hiveworkshop?

For the content of the .mpq file just change the extension to .txt and open in WordPad

What coud I do differently?

You asked for the MPQ file to be extracted
I showed you that it wasn't a compressed MPQ
I identified the contents and showed you that you could simply read the contents by changing the suffix for the file so no extractor was needed.  The game's author had used .MPQ not because the file was compressed but either to help them index it or simply to hide the file contents from casual browsing.

I'm very happy to work with you but without any feedback it is difficult to know what further help you need.

I think you'll find the Direct Draw textures are in the file interface.mpq but thanks for the feedback.
