When I run the dsquery * cn=chema,cn=configuration, dc=mike,dc=org -scope base -attr objectversion command it returns a 30 instead of a 47.  How do I get to version 47?

Use the adprep too located on the Server 2008 media to upgrade the forest schema.

adprep /forestprep
adprep /domainprep
