Simple Graph appears multiple times

See attached.

Now click on the Report "Department Graph" based on query qryDepartmentGraph.

Why does the graph appear multiple times?

I.e. There are 10 pages repeating the same graph.

Your data are in linked excel sheets, so I can't see report, but as I can see, you have no Master-Child links, so you can display only same graph for each record. If you need different chart for each department, set Master-Child links. If you like to show only one chart - remove source query from report or move graph to report's header
