VB.net Select Table from an Oledb Connection and insert into a SQL Client Connection Table

Hi

I have two databases, and Access database on my desktop and an online SQL connection.
I need to select * from Access table called "Transactions" and Inrt it into the SQL table "Transactions". which are of exactly the same format
