Is it possible to display and pull in content for a pin depending on when/if a marker is clicked or does all the information have to be on the page when the page is loaded?

We're thinking of have a number of different layers - each containing a number of pins that the user can scroll through so this could end up being quite heavy if all the data has be loaded initially rather than pulled in when a marker is clicked

Thanks

with the api, you are actually the one who provides the api data to google to create the pin and the functions and looks of each pin

you can use ajax with an array for each layer, THEN RELOAD THE MAP  via ajax after the user requests a different layer.

this will not reload the page, only the map

hope that helps
