The can work but password box appear, end users complain

I try renaming C:\Usuarios\%userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Protect\, in some PCs it Works in other not.

I have come across this problem with Outlook 2010 and the resolution was to install Service Pack 1 for Office.

Try - Control Panel - User Accounts - Manage Your Credentials. Delete any entries under Generic Credentials. Reboot. That fixed it for me.
