Outlook ask for password repeatedly

I have severals mailbox users in my Exchange server 2010 SP2, connected trhough Outlook 2007 and 2010, in some of the PCs Outlook ask for password randomly, sometimes when they open Outlook client and sometimes when they try to send emails.

The can work but password box appear, end users complain

I try renaming C:\Usuarios\%userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Protect\, in some PCs it Works in other not.

I have come across this problem with Outlook 2010 and the resolution was to install Service Pack 1 for Office.

Try - Control Panel - User Accounts - Manage Your Credentials. Delete any entries under Generic Credentials. Reboot. That fixed it for me.

I reinstalled office, and the problema was fix.

I resolved the issue reinstalling MSOffice
