Backup with Window 2008 Backup

Try to use Window 2008 backup to backup the system state but it fails with the following message:

"operation was stopped. Detailed error: A virtual disk support provider for the specified file was not found. "


Any idea ? Tks

change the registry key “HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\FsDepends” from 3 to 0
