Hello!

Currently we are using a java applet for digitaly signing documents,  by accesing smart card and getting the user certificates.

Due to the las events on applet's security, we have been thinking in using javascript to achieve the same task, but couldn't  find somecing clear.
¿It is possible? ¿can we get rid off applets?
if possible ¿Can be used on mayor browsers? ¿How can be implemented?

This looks pretty good.  A little complex, but security is supposed to be difficult.
