Diary updates delayed SBS2011
Hi,
I am having an issue with diary updates on a SBS 2011 server and Outlook 2010. At present the office staff have the diary's of about 20 users all added to their calandars, they then add appointments into each users diary as required. Rather than having a single company calandar they are attaching 20 users to the calandar and adding appointments direct into the calandar of the individual user so they can use it as a booking system.
The problem we are having is that some of the staff are complaining that when diary entries are added into the calandars of some of the users they are not updating across the network to all the other office staff, there seems to be a delay of about a day or so in some cases, they need this to be more or less realtime.
Can you tell me how this can be addressed if at all?
