How can I change the default System View for Tickets per-user in CRM 4.0?

We have a Dynamics CRM 4.0 system. Currently when we click on the "Service" then "Tickets", the view displayed is the same for all users (in this case we see the view "First Line Support - Open").
We would like to be able to change this for a particular user or users so that this defaults to a different view ("ISP Support - Open").
Is this possible, and if so how do I go about it?
