How can I change the default System View for Tickets per-user in CRM 4.0?

We have a Dynamics CRM 4.0 system.  Currently when we click on the "Service" then "Tickets", the view displayed is the same for all users (in this case we see the view "First Line Support - Open").

We would like to be able to change this for a particular user or users so that this defaults to a different view ("ISP Support - Open").

Is this possible, and if so how do I go about it?

My recollection of CRM 4.0 is that you cannot do this. Everyone gets the same default view.

Hmm, I thought that might be the case.  We can work around it - the reason the user can't just click on it is because it's for a projector screen that show open tickets.  We'll just have to make sure someone changes the view each time the machine is rebooted.

Or you could upgrade to CRM 2011 which does have this feature. :)
