Hi,

Sharepoint 2013 is not working as sharepoint 2010, like sharepoint 2010 sites used to open with system IP but for sharepoint 2013 server it as to point hostname in host record in etc folder.

Can any one have an idea instead of opening with hostname , can use system IP address to open the sharepoint site?

Yes the IP can be used.  You need to create an Alternate Access Mapping for the IP in Central Admin for your web app.  As long as you only have one site responding to that IP address on your Port in IIS, it will work.
