How do I deliver email to the right inbox in Outlook 2010

I have a new machine and I'm importing a pst file from the old. Outlook collect mail from 2 POP3 boxes with different email addresses, domain1 and doamain2. When doing a send/receive email that is sent to either email addrss gets delivered to both inbox's. What I want to happen is domain1 goes to the domain1 inbox and domain2 to domain2 inbox.

Both domain1 and 2 where set up as separate accounts prior to importing the pst files. Any guidance is much appreciated.

The second option would be, you can create rules to separate the mail flow from different domains. Please check the below link.

The problem I faced was having to many data files. Having deleted the data file created when outlook first installed by default I was left with the two domains. Once done the mail flowed where it should. Thanks to Krish who got me thinking in the right direction.
