adding specific web address to watchguard device

where is the exception list on a watchguard firewall that i can add a web site that all of a sudden is getting blocked? I want to allow my users to get to this site.

Multiple ways to do this:
1. Already using webblocker
     http://www.watchguard.com/help/docs/wsm/11/en-US/Content/en-US/services/webblocker/wb_exceptions_add_c.html
2. Not using webblocker
     Add a HTTP policy and configured as below:
Enabled and Allowed; from ANY; to public-ip-of-specific-website
With above method you would need to continously keep updating the public ip if the website is a heavily replicated website.

Please implement and update.
