Transactional Replication SQL Server 2008 R2

I just looked at Spwho2 and noticed (sys.sp_replcmds) was running on my server(I have TR set up and this server has only the Publication).. Why is this running? I'm new to TR but when I read about this it states only run this to troubleshoot issues. Is it supposed to run?

This is natural behavior in transactional replication, this procedure works as a log reader agent when clients connect
