My blog indexed twice in google

My website has just over 140 pages and the blog around 260.
Google shows About 1,350 results
http://www.gomedigap.com/medicare-supplement-blog/

Can you guys/gals see how this is possible?

You need to give more details!!  I think you have multiple domains pointing here to start with.  You should do a 301 redirect from all domains you have to just one domain. In addition use either www.mydomain.com or mydomain.com but not both.
If you search google for site:gomedigap.com/medicare-supplement-blog/ or site:omedigap.com I don't see 1300 results, just 3 pages.

And a different set of results using link:gomedigap.com

I know what you have going on in this site is too complex for this general question.

Where are you getting 1300 results?  what other domains are being tracked by the same stats? what other domains are on the same server as an alias?

Did you get all of your answers figured out from your meeting the other day?

Do Site: site:www.gomedigap.com

Sorta, I am still trying to get access to everything. I think this may be part of the problem.
You have a lot of www.gomedigap.com/montana-medicare-supplement.php vs www.gomedigap.com/vermont-medicare-supplement.php

I don't think that count is always right.  Go to the last page and it reads Page 3 of 273 results even after clicking  see similar results.
That is strange... See the .php files are actual pages. and the blog/ well the blog is WordPress and I though that maybe the blog was getting added more then once. hmm.
Wordpress is probably in the subfolder.   If your regular php pages have a querystring ?something=something that would account for 1 physical page acting as many.  With wordpress, this is what is going on but it uses url rewriting to turn ?page=123 to /blog/some-topic/
Event though you have 1 physical page for page.php, google sees page.php?x=1  page.php?x=2 as 2 different pages.  Wordpress will convert this to mysite.com/topic/sub-topic1/ and mysite.com/topic/sub-topic2/
