Launching a new report depending on results of sql - Crystal Reports

I want the user to enter an order number into a report and then depending on what customer that order is associated to print one of 10 different report layouts. Is there a way to do that in crystal reports?

For example of the user enters 4311a (this is a sales order number) then the report file 1 would be displayed because customer 999 is associated to format 1.  The relationship between the order, the customer and the report format are in the database. I don't know if an .rpt file can call a new .rpt file.
