Outlook 2010 keeps requiring password
Hi,
I've just 'inherited' a job whereby i have fitted a new laptop. The problem is not relating to the new laptop but the old one. Setting up a new user account worked fine and user can login okay.
There is one issue however in that outlook periodically asks for the users password. My client told me that previously (on a different computer) the issue turned out to be related to the global address book but i have no idea really what that means - they have no further information from their previous IT Provider nor am i able to contact them.
I have tried the obvious restart server/restart outlook/restart client computer and change password - none of these have resolved the issue. These laptops are permanently wired into docking stations and the issue is the same using the built-in NIC or the NIC in the dock. The server is an SBS2008 box with Exchange 2007.
Thanks,
