It seems you need to add some code to include ASP.NET ajax framework, "AJAX tools" are not installed or loaded in your ASP.NET server

Check the ASP.NET version used for fompiling and AJAX tools version, may be some conflict or ASP.NET not updated.

Check some posts about the keyword "ASP.NET Ajax client-side framework failed to load"

Please note:
When the page first loads it work without any errors.  The next time I click on the button that calls for Ajax use is when I get these errors.

Could it be because the code can not find the Jquery is causing the errors?
