We are currently debating between Autotask and Connectwise.  Has anyone actively used one or both of these products?  If so, which do you prefer and why?

I've used both products, and am still an Autotask user.  When I used ConnectWise last, it was all application-based.  I couldn't just hop onto a website and make a quick couple of changes.  It appears as though that has changed.

I also felt that it took more steps to accomplish common tasks like creating trouble tickets, opportunities, and even the billing system.  It did have some really neat features like Tracks, and I hear they have collections automation available now, too.  Those are some intriguing features if you ask me, but not the "meat and potatoes" to justify using it by these items alone.
