Why im not able to open PDF file at Windows Xp Embedded?

HI Experts,

I facing some problem when i trying to open a pdf file at windows xp embedded. It give me some error screen.

Anyone face this issue before? Error emcouter when open my pdf file

Hello
Try to copy the file "AtmLib.dll"  from an XP pro system32 at your xp embedded system32 folder.

This behavior occurs because the specific file is missing from xp embedded systems
