how can I disable in php browser filling out forms

i like that a firefox plugin fills in my name in forms on some websites

but when I create my own forms and am testing with firefox, I do not know how to disable (in php code)

for example
<input type='text' name='first_name'>
will always put my first_name

<input type="text" name="first_name" autocomplete="off" />
