Delivery Status Notification (Delay)


We have been experience a few email issues lately, we're running exchange 2003 and mail seems to be flowing however a lot of users have started getting notification emails back when emailing certain people to say it's delayed.

I don't think it's the other end as I've had 10 users complain today!

Is there anything on the exchange box that might be causing this issue?

It's becoming urgent.
