Where To Find Malware (Samples)?

We are currently hiring several new technicians and we want to test them by giving them an infected computer/virtual machine and see how they would fix it/tackle the issue.

Is there a website that keeps malware/virus/trojans/etc for computer professionals for this purpose?

you can set some ACL rules against those infected machine IPs not to propogate to entire network.
