squid3 ntlm and itunes authentication

Hi all,
I have a proxy Squid3 with ntlm authentication it is working fine but I have one problem with Itune authentication. When I lauch Itunes an authentication pop-up appear and when I try to login the pop-up appear again and again, I have made some research and Itune is not compliant with ntlm auth.
Do you have any solution in order to by pass squid only for this kind of site ?
I don't know if it is very important but my proxy is not transparent.

iTunes 11 has no proxy support.

I presume when you say that your proxy is not transparent, you mean that it is not in the direct path to the Internet. You could setup a firewall rule that allowed direct access to Apple iTunes servers...
