Is there anyway to change which user the Exchange management tools login to the servers with? I need to change it to a different admin account instead of my own. I can view the properties where it shows which one it's using (which is my own) but i cant figure out how to change it.

The user has to be a Member of the "Exchange Organization Administrators"  Group.

You will have to use a hack to get the Run As command to appear, which will allow you to use a different user account.
