Printing .tif files from Windows 2008 R2 Terminal Server

New terminal server configured users working
but we cannot print anything from MS Office Picture Manager to print .tif files
what am i missing?
Can print from MS Outlook, Word, Excel etc but not from picture manager
All help is greatly appreciated

Is the .tif file opening properly in the Ms Office Picture Manager?

yes it opens without issue, but print functionality is unavailable
we found that installing the feature desktop experience added Windows Photo Gallery Viewer and we are now able to print.
