JQuery Mobile Cache

Experts,
Our Service Techs sometimes work in an environment where there is no Internet, wifi or cellular. Is there a way to cache a page on a phone? I'm thinking I could use jquery mobile and javascript to do the calculations they need. Would this work in the absence of an Internet connection? If so it would save me from building an IPhone and Android App as our Techs use both.

Thanks!

Totally possible...with some work.  HTML5 gives us some options.
