Can the user access the correct page set-upp functions in addition to to the print dialog.

You need to be able to define the correct page size and sheet size. Also has scaling been changed from fit to page to NONE?

Does it error?
Does it do nothing?
Does it cut off the print?
Does a job hang in the print queue?
Is there an error on the printer?
Does it print but not on 24x36?
