IT Service Contract info?

HI  , I am trying to get and better idea on how much to charge per hour and diffrent charges for emergencies, distance and response times.
This is for a business that has 10 buildings at difrent locations.

Unfortunately, beyond these, I'm not sure there is a heck of a lot one can contribute.  Consider that we don't know this site.  We don't know their network - you do.  Or at least, you should.  If the users are all local admins, then it exposes the network to more problems.  But sometimes they HAVE to be local admins because a business app requires it.  IN GENERAL, if they are going to give you REGULAR hours (for example, set days OR a minimum fee per month, then you may well "discount" the hourly rate (in my first article, I explain that you cannot bill 40 hours per week without having some angry clients, but if you're being guaranteed 10 from one client, you can know that at least one day a week (maybe two, you have a "full schedule" and so you're not "wasting" time commuting between clients so a discount can be warranted (some might argue not to discount at all though).
